Strength Training changed my life, and I want it to change as many lives as possible. Almost anybody can implement a strength training routine at any age (don't be intimidated by the wording!), even as a complete beginner.

12-week program with Dr Dhand
Self-paced course content
Must be able to commit to muscle strengthening exercises 45 mins/5 days a week (can use dumbbells at home). This can be done in your own time, and you will be given full video guidance
Regular check-ins and support with Dr. Dhand
Program will be tailored to your level (light weights only at first)

Holistic approach, including stress management and sleep

Twice weekly group support calls with Dr. Dhand including live exercise demos
